In this role, Edward assists in the purchase or sale of mid-market & main street businesses and takes on a variety of tasks to enable his customers to achieve their acquisition or disposition objectives across various industry verticals. Edward has extensive corporate industry expertise spanning over 30 years from various executive roles at a global Fortune 500 organization. He has served on numerous boards providing much needed business insight and leadership to the respective management teams. Edward has consulted a large range of foreign and domestic companies, from large to small, entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital funds, institutional and private investors, and financial institutions. He has detailed working knowledge and experience with companies in an extensive range of industries from construction, consumer products, e-commerce, financial services, food and beverage, franchising, gaming, healthcare, hospitality, international trade, medical equipment, manufacturing, real estate, restaurants, retail, services providers, software, technology, telecommunications, transportation, and various other mid-market & main street businesses. Before joining Sunbelt, Edward had global responsibility at a Fortune 500 company leading Sales, Operations and Outsourcing across one hundred and twenty-eight countries. Edward is an IBBA member (International Business Brokers Association), BBF member (Business Brokers of Florida), Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB) and focuses on disposition & exit planning strategies for business owners.
